*What is Spay Day?
Spay Day is an inspirational day, the last Tuesday or February, where the Humane Society promotes and informs the public about the spay and neuter program.

*Is there a fee to enter?
No. It is free to enter the contest - however - to vote, you must donate a minimum of $5, which gives you 5 votes to choose your favorite photo!

*When does the contest end?
5 P.M. EST on Friday, February 26, 2010.
